I am Rajesh, doing job as a Software Engineer in Bangalore. I have applied for Airtel Broadband Internet Connection. One of the agent (Named Mahabaleswar, his mobile no: 9741399436) came to my house and filled the internet connection form and asked my Pan Card xerox copy, passport size photo and collected the money of Rs. 4000 (Advance Payment for 5 Months) a nd he told like 'with in 3 days you will get the connection'. After few days I Contacted him for the same & he said that "'in your area maximum connection (50 connections) has already been provided, so we can't provide more connection and told like our customer executives will refund the advance money (Rs. 4000/-). But till this date I didn't received the money. I even called the Airtel Manager also (His name is Durai Raj, his mobile no: 9845134331). He replied like your money will be sent by Courier. This is not the question of refunding my advance money but 'How IRRESPONSIBLE these airtel customer care executives are'.

I strongly feel that these people are collecting the money from Customers & cheating with out giving the connection.

When I Called the Manager (Durai Raj, Mobile: 9845134331) f or the payment, He is not even picking the Mobile. HE IS A REAL IDIOT.

Kindly take this complaint seriously and take necessary action as quick as possible.
