Reactivation of connection taking hell of time

My name is Nikhil Choudhary and my airtel landline number is 42106415. I made a request to reactivate my broadband connection on 1st Oct 09 and i was told that it will take 4 working days. When i called after 4 days to get the updated satus i was told that it willactivate by 10th Oct 9.36 am. On 10th Oct i called after 9:30 and i was told by Mr Anil who issupervior that it will be activate by 5:30 Now Mr Umakant is telling me that it will take 7 more working days. In last 1 week i spoke to 7-8 (Karan, Ashwini, Jyoti, Moorthy, Umakant etc...) of customer care dept and each one in coming with different stories.

Airtel seriously don't care about his customers and i am a big proof of dat.
