Broadband Helpdesk forcing to pay for erroneouus billing

This is with great disappointment, that we have to report out the unhelpful and rigid behaviour displayed by staff at the Airtel Gurgaon Broadband Helpline.

The case is: - One of the workmen came to set up a new connection for another household and dialed and spoke to 10 STD numbers in Bihar from my broadband connection # 0124 408 4769. This was added to our Bill for the month of September amounting to Rs.899 which includes the misused numbers. The Helpdesk is refusing to investigate this issue and is forcing us to pay for these numbers.

Please let us know whom should we refer this case to, to get this resolved at the earliest.
