Not received proper service

Dear Manager of Airtel Broadband Service

Sir/Maam,

I ordered for a vifi broadband connection in Jalandhar on the name of Mr. Prince Arora but my connection has not been put up.

On the 10 oct i paid a cheque of Rs 3000 to him fom Obc New Railway Road but i didnt get my connection done.

Also i got to talk to Mr. Nandathe branch head of airtel Jalandhar on 13 oct where he promised me again for my connection to be done by the day ends but again there was no response from him. Alao he told me that he would give me ring but till date i havent received any call from him.

Also then i got to talk to Ms. Pooja Gupta from your Lajpat Nagar Office about my connection and she assured me that it would be done within a day.

Please give me a valid reson for your behaviour. I have been using Airtel since so many years as my mobile number and never expected such irresponsible behaviour from you.
