Customers not respected at Airtel office

I had shifted my home on 04-10-09 and I gave shifting request letter to Chennai Broadway Airtel office on 05-10-09. I have given a written request to Mr. Amjath. He said that the new connection will be installed within 3 days. I visited back to Broadway Airtel office on 07-10 to check the status of my connection but still my request has not been entered. Mr. Noorulla was there in the desk at that time. He searched for the letter I had given and he coolly responded that he has not yet entered my request. He had taken the request then and he said it will take another 3 more days to get the connection. When I ask for details he was not responding me properly and he didn’t even ask sorry for inconvenience. This is the 2 time I was facing problem with Mr. Noorulla. I had complained to nodal officer on the same day, he said that severe action will be taken against him (Just for name sake). Till now, I was not informed about that matter. Later I got the connection after eight days i.e., on 13-Oct evening. Due to the bad service from Airtel, I have decided to withdraw my Airtel connection.
