I have a valid request number i.e., 323571 that my broadband connection no. 13955452 have been disconnected. Despite having acquired the valid request number before 16/4 but Airtel has send me another bill from period of 16/4 to 16/5 in which it was clearly stated that I have not used the broadband services and it includes only monthly rental. I have also fax the same on 20/04. But Airtel has issued another bill of 16/4 to 16/5. Please do take immediate actions.
