Airtel Broadband -combo connection
Phone dead but internet is working

Espected sir/mam,

i m kuldeep kaushik frm gwalior. I hv taken a connection from airtel which is a combo pack named SURF 699 last month, which is a dsl connection & landline no.is 0751-4034834.frm last 10days i went 2out of station, 2day i came bck n tried to call a colleague, when i picked the reciever up 2 the ear, the dial tone is off n i think that my phone is dead, then i checked the broadband connection, its working bt their is no dial tone on my phone, n i checked the connection n leads 2 bt they r all right. So pls.try to make up this complaint as soon as possible.
