Last year we have taken a Airtel Broad Band Account in our house.
The details of which are given below.

Owner: Pratap Chaitanya.
Since Pratap chaitanya is my friend, i have just given one cheque of Rs.500 as an initial deposit, Only ONE CHEQUE. Other than that i havent given any cheQues till date. The Cheque is bearing an Bank Account No. 008010101402108, Axis Bank, Begumpet.
But its really strange to see that the monthly bill is debiting from my bank account (R CHANDRAKIRAN's) bank account. i have called and asked the customer care to respond on this... but still you people are debiting the amount from my bank account in the name of ECS...
For the ECS, to happen, i need to sign a form, Bank manager has to approve, and i need to give a blank cross cheque.
None of the above things have been done by me or given by me. But still the amount is debited automatically from my bank account.
I have visited many airtel centers to take this issue, they asked me to visit begumpet splendid towers. I have visited Splendid towers airtel office also URGING THEM not to debit automatically in the name of ECS...
They have promised they will not debit the amount from next month onwards, but even today money from my bank account is automatically debited.
Iam really frustated with whats happening...
so last month i asked my friend to remove the connection. But still the connection persists and even last week amount of Rs.604 is debited automatically from my account..
I already RAISED A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM regarding this.
If you guys dont respond, iam sure iam going to be very serious on this...
Please check how many customer care calls i have made on this issue.. But no response...
Common sense would have dictated that the connection is taken in the name of pratapa chaitanya and how we are debiting the money in the bank account of R CHANDRA KIRAN.
