Improper installation and poor response

Airtel Broadband connection was applied on 28th june.even after repeated phone calls, no proper attention is being given for the installation. We were asked to sign on the "Broadband installation report " and "Installation, Commissioning & ABD Report (IR) ", even before completion of proper installation. we signed them with the belief that the assurance given on completion of the work immediately on the following day would be kept up. unfortunately the assurance turned out to be farce.there has been regular calls every day from airtel, welcoming us to the airtel fold. but no one has paid attention to our request.reason given is shortage of man power.
