REFUND OF CHARGES PAID FOR INTERNET CONNECTION

Dear sir,

I have applied for INTERNET (Broadband) connection vide my application No. SEF No. HY199131 Dated 04.04.2009 under 599 plan. I have paid the required charges of Rs.500/- through crossed cheque No.317530 Dated 04.04.2009 favouring Bharathi Airtel Ltd. The Sales executive Sri Srinivasan informed me taht connection will be provided within 2-3 days.

But I regret to inform that after persuasion of 15 days I was informed that due to technical no feasibility connection cannot be given, I was forced to cancel my request and requested for refund of the amount paid.

I also regret to inform that despite my repeated request the amount is not refunded to me. Hence I once again request you to refund the amount with interest immediately and send the DD to the following address; else I will be forced to lodge complaint against the company.
