I HAD BEFORE MY LEAVING THE COUNTRY GOT AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION (TEL. NO. 43011558-EAST DELHI) SO THAT I COULD CHAT WITH MY FAMILY. I WAS ASSURED THAT PLAN - RS 599/- WOULD BE SUFFICIENT, EVEN THOUGH I INSISTED FOR PLAN RS. 700-(UNLIMITED). I WAS EXCESS BILL. I PAID FOR ONE MONTH. BUT EXCESS BILLING CONTINUED. I COMPLAINED. I TOLD THEM TO CHANGE MY CONNECTION TO PLAN RS 700/- (UNLIMITED). I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT A DISCOUNTED BILL WILL BE SENT. INSTEAD OF SENDING A DISCOUNTED BILL MY CONNECTION WAS CUT. IF MY CONNECTION IS NOT RESTORED IMMEDIATELY I WILL BE LEFT WITH NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT FOR HARRASING MY FAMILY WHICH IS ALONE IN INDIA.
