As I am harrased by Airltel,
One night i got a message
thankyou for downloading Java game and Rs 99/- has been deducted from you prepaid account I was shocked As I have not requested any game
moreover I have been using this number as a post paid connection for last 4 years and this year I changed it to prepaid, Now my advance rental amount was to be refunded to me, which they took least interest in So after folling them many times, and no satisfactory reply from them leads me to reach you, Please help me in getting my following problem solved
1. "I HAVE NOT ASKED FOR ANY JANA GAME DOWNLOAD " INDISGUISE OF WHICH AIRTEL CHARGED ME RS 99/-because my connection is prepaid
my reason for this is I donot own a handset which is running java technology on it.
2. I want you to settle my advance rental amount on this number which was promised to me when I changed my bill plan from post paid to prepaid

Please donot regret to for any kind of inconvenience given to me by you.
It was a great shock to see Nodal officer not reverting to the client as per the problem, This is moresover sounding like an automated machine, trying to pacify the customer, "that we have no ears for you problem"
This kind of attitude is not expected from such a big telcom giant.
Therefore I am taking this furthur to Consumer forum to get the matter sorted out, Its not about Rs 99/- and my refund which you guys are denying, Its about Rights of a customer and a case of Customer harrasment
I am repeating my harrasement about

Refer to my air-tel connection no – 9871295987, I would like to bring my disappointment in regards to air-tel services. Please note the following complains:
My advance rental is still not yet been refunded since I have converted my no to prepaid.
It's been almost four years I am using this no, since I have converted my no from post paid to prepaid, encountering a problem and feeling cheated by air tel. I am receiving service sms which I have never requested, this particular service is too disturbing that you have to delete it 20 times in a day the worst part is this deduct the money from the account.
I had faced this problem approx 03 month ago, in which with every services sms some value used to get deducted which was very shocking and surprising, because we recharge our card mainly for the talk time and our hard earn money gets deducted for the useless services of air-tel that too without any request from the user end for the same. To get this amount refund to my account I had to call up several times to the customer care no. Last night a got a sms from 64611099 in which they mentioned "Thanks for using Game Pack Java Game" I was latterly shock when I got this sms, I never use all this services & never requested for the same and AIR –TEL charged me Rs. 99 for same.
With the episode happened to me this time, I am really thinking that air- tel customer should never recharge their card for higher amount, I had recharged my card for Rs-444 out of which Rs 99 was deducted I immediately made a complaint – 639363000, call attended by Mr. Yusuf Ali Khan on 16/ Nov/08
I am sure this is an illegal practice for making extra money which airtel is now following for their prepaid customer, because most of the customer don't even understand all this services sms. in today's time no one has spare time to keep calling your customer care again & again make them understand by telling the same story to every new call attended.
Please ensure immediate refund of my advance rental & the amount which has been deducted from my account. With the immediate effect stop sending useless sms which cause inconvenience to user else have take the help of media and have to go legally to solve & stop this illegal practice by AIR TEL
