I have changed my plan from postpaid to prepaid and i have settled the bill amount for my postpaid connection. I have issued all required documents for change of plan from postpaid to prepaid as requested at your Airtel office (Tarun Communication) situtated in Avanashi road, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu four days ago i.e on 06/12. Untill now the number has not yet been activated. My complaint also is not handled with seriousness by your call center people.
I am missing business calls due to this interruption in service. If it takes beyond one day from now on to fix this problem, i will definetely head towards consumer court.
Kindly acknowledge my complaint and do the needful immediately.
