Very Worst service provide

Hi,

Am using Airtel number since 2005. Every month am getting the bills thru my mail ID only. Last month i didn't recd my bill for Oct'08, so i calld up customer care 121 & requested my bill to make the payment. the same has been requested 10 days back. till i didn't recd the bill. My Request # is 4844978 & 816189918. Again i cal'd them and requested my bill copy bcos am getting calls from Airtel for payment. But they are not responding & behaving correctly. Am having 8 Airtel numbers, but now am planning to cancel all the numbers bcos of worst service which thy are doing now a days.
