I am ashamed at the service meted out to prepaid mobile customers, if you all "senior people'should simply die out of shame, (If You all have any shame or an iota of it left!!)
Since the last 5 years, I have been a "A very Loyal Airtel Customer"but my experince today, made me realize, how, and what stuff you all people are made of..Shame on you all and Airtel..
Yesterday, I got my Sim Card, mobile#9845834711 reactivated, as I had misplaced the original one!! On Residency Road, Bangalore, diaganolly opposite to Mayo Hall, I was issued another Sim Card by one Mr. Rajeev, who told me to insert the same after 2 hours, as that was the time it would take to get Activated..I inserted the Sim card at 14.40 hours on 16/12 and today at 17.30 hours IST..I got a message"Inactive Sim". Called up the call centre from my other Airtel phone, got thru to MS.Anupama, who transferred me to Nadeem Floor walker, who transferred me to Mr. Harikishen or Haariprasad, Supervisor, who wanted my SIM#, I put him on hold, but when I resumed talking, that guy simply disappeared...!!! Shows his knowledge, manners and the Airtel Culture..
Had to again call up, got to one CSR (cannot recall his name, he was arguing stupidly, showing his "Airtel Mannners"!! Finally Umair, (Floor walker/Supervisor told me to wait for 1 hour (one hour, so that he could get the issue resolved, by the so called "back office..
So all you seniors, I am now talking to Times Now, CNNIBN and The Times of India and the Indian Express, so that Airtel gets more publicity!! I shall also write to TRAI, The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and also a cc to The Hon Prime Minister, Shri Manmohansingh.
If a local politician agrees, shall burn all my Airtel Sim Cards, and garner support from other agrieved Airtel Customers to join me in "burning their Airtel Sim Cards in full public view!!! I hope, that would shake you all up, or are you so "unashamed even to accept your undoings"!! God Bless Airtel..
