I have a phone provide by Airtel 40068214 with internet. Either the phone or the net works. I gave complaints 4 / 5 times then it will work for a week or so again both the phone and the net signles goes dead.
I get bills regularly and pay.
How many times a service provider expects its customers to complaint and they rectify the phone / net signals. I do not have either the time or to wait in que in phone line to complaint.
I am totally unhappy about the services of this Airtel. For the last three months either the phone or the net signals are working.
