Dear sir/mam,
As a customer i am interested to login the complaint against "AIRTEL" my mobile no. is 9967332686. On friday 19-12 i re charge my mobile with 250/-, 93/-, 91/- respectively but after 2 hours my balance of 250 had been roll back when i asked to their authorized shop regarding this he denied and start abusing me next day on 20-12 when i went to their relationship center situated at chakala (ANDHERI) they assured me that they will get back to me but nothing happened now today again when i went to them so they told me that is not their concern you deal with that dealer so, the thing is when they can't take any action regards this so on "WHICH BASIS THEY HAVE GIVEN THE AUTHORITY TO DEALER." and ultimately i am suffering because of that.please do the needful ASAP.
