Monthly Bill & Late payment Charges

This is regarding my bill plan & waiver given by Air Tel. previously my bill plan was 699 advance rental for 1Yr and i.e expired on 28th sep08 .I was recived a call form customer care in Aug08 for renewing the same plan at that time I agreed same plan for next one year (i.e 699 advance rental). When I got bill of oct 08, then find the plan was not activeted by you and charged 300 rental for same. Then called your customer care & tell all the story then he agreed for the same to activate on my number & also given Rs 600 discount for the rental charged by you (for Oct & Nov on 12th Nov). But in nov-dec bill no discount was given by you & also charge Rs 75 late payment for the same. According to your customer care the plan was (699 advane) activated on 12th Nov & same was confirmed by your custmer care.

Therfore I requet you please activate same plan (i.e 699 advance rental) & give all discounts (i.e 600 75 service tax for 675). Othewise I am not able to give any bill & I will not continue with airtel because all mistake has been done from your side.

And the reference for same is 821497717.

At present Airtel says we are unable to activate the bill plan Advance rental 699 as the same is withdrawn. But in Aug08 same plan was avilable. So i request u please me for the same.
