Un-necessarly debiting Rs 10.00 for service which neither subscibed nor even think to subscribe

I CHANDRA SHEKHER TOMAR holder of the mobile no:9810449758. M/s Air tel Ltd is un-necessarily debiting Rs 10.00 from my account for the services which was not the subscribed by me and please note this is my second complaint in this regard I don't know why such a big organisation is doing this can I switch to another mobile services. When I tried to contact the customer care then the officer has asked me that let me check this then they dis connected the phone & this had happened thrice which make me clear the bad intention of the orgainsation.
