I am Nilesh Lagad. I purchased New Sim Card of Airtel on 16.12.2008 at 10.30 pm at m nearest retailer i.e in Moshi, Pune that card is in the Mobile Campus Plan on that Starter Pack they clearly mention the Name of Plan in bold i.e Mobile Campus Plan Tariff rates are as below:

From 7.00am to 11.00pm From 11.00pm to 7.00 am

(weekend Also)

A2A /Other 1.00 Rs / min 50.00ps/min

sms Charges 20ps/ams 10ps/ sms

The card activated on 24.12.08 at 5.00 pm afer activation I send the message of no. change at night after 11 pm i charged as 25 paise/sms and also make the call after 11 pm it will be charged as 50.00paise/min resp. to aforesaid plan but they charge 1.00rs/min.

On the next morning i call on 121 i.e. airtel customer care no. afetr hearing from them i shocked they are saying your not in Mobile Campus pack your in Friendz plan so they make that charges I told them i am not subscriber of that plan so why you activated this plan on this they say you taken friendz plan then i reply on my starter pack you mentioned as campus plan on that they say go to the retailer retailer also not responding well he replies as I don't know.

This clearly frode case on starter pack they mention Campus plan and active the other plan and says the fault of customer.
