Dear sir, i am holding an airtel broadband connection under no.01204137374 (725 plan), i had frozen mu connection in july and then got it reactivated in october, but to my surprise after going thyrough the bills i came to know that the plan was changed to 499 which i had never opted for, i had complained about the same to airtel for which i got a concern no as 15166304, it has been about 15 days now but no concrete action has been taken, everytime i talk to the executives they are giving a different story as much as that they told me that i had requested them to change the plan by signing the requisite form whereas at that particular time i was sitting in dubai, then they changed the statement and said that it was a telephonic conversation which also is a lie, on 29th dec at around 1205hrs i got a call from one of the executives whom named himself as Sumit from ph no 012042037821 regarding the same complaint and he was so impolite and unproffessional, people like such should have no place in any organisation, even when i told the executive that i will goto consumer court there was a big laugh given by him for the consumer court
