Cheating customers - denying to refund money

Hi,

Im an airtel mobile holder. I faced so many issues with air tel services.

TO be frank, airtel service i s the worst service than any other.

problems I faced :

I activated GPRS in my mobile and have put per day pack which charges Rs.20.

I faced a lot of issues regarding the GPRS activation. Then they refunded Rs.20 since they are not able to resolve my issue.

Then, later without my knowledge, so many packs have been activated. And the amount also got deducted.

I spoke to them 4 a day, and finally I got my amount back.

But unfortunately, the moment I got the money back, the amount was again deducted by the same which I mentioned above.

The problem is "without my knowledge, the packs getting activated and amount has been deducted".

Thank god, i didnt top up further, if i would have topped up then surely my amount around "800" would have deducted.

Earlier they accepted that their fault it is, but now they are denying to pay me.

They took five days to resolve this issue and denying to refund money.

I never faced such issues with any other service.
