Fake billing to earn money instead of begging

Sir,

I m using a airtel pospaid connection from Feb' 07 and my no. is 9910806665. The thing is, i usually check my current bill and got shocked that they charged me Rs. 25/- for an service SMS no. 69602 and when i call them then i come to know that it was charging me every month. And when i checked my previous bills then i gone mad totally that in the month of nov they charged me thrice for that means Rs. 75/- and every month they were charging me same thing from over a year. And when i call to customer care then the executive said that "you definately use this service otherwise why we will charge you? ".

Now i have already sent an mail to [email protected] but no reply yet. Not only this, i have been trying to contact them on customer care from last three days but failed to contact them.

Could anyone tell me that how could i solve this issue?
