Calling Rate Problem

Hi,

I am continuosly facing problems with calling rates to STD. I recharged three times past 3 days (34 Easy recharge) even calling rates still the same as previous. I reported several times to customer care 121 regarding my situation didn't get rectified. Please please make this rectified as soon as possible. I should daily call about 100 outgoing STD calls. Understand my situation rectify problem as soon as possilbe
