I am fed up with the service provided by the Airtel. I have been played like a football and still no resolution. My billed amount on the mobile services and datacard services was an error. To get this corrected, I have made not less than 10 calls to the customer care executives. Very sad to say that each time I get a new customer care executive and each one of them have given me different numbers and email ids to launch the complaint.
Utter nonsense service with no solution. I am totally completely frustrated but the executives are simply least bothered, with no knowledge in what they are doing.
It is a very sad state that even the floor head and supervisors have only basic informations of giving new numbers and email ids to launch the complaint. nobody ever has any solutions to provide except to escape from the call by passing it to another number.
