Customer care executives i just had enough of this mailes nonsence. I just donot understand one thing i am either not able to make you understand or you are fools.
I have been trying to explain you polietely that i need my refund of 250 rs deposit. Let me try and explain you once again my agony for my refund
- 26th dec explained the customercare i wanted to discontinue my connectio.
The customer care fools were doing some kind of drama and stopping me from discontinuing my connection. I have made two discontunation request 2 once in Jaipur and once back in delhi.
For request number refer to the mails below.
This is to inform you that I had paid my all outstanding as
> on 5th of jan
> 2009 . I received a call from customer care the next day

Then i had to send a nasty mail on the 5th jan after making full and final payment.
on 6th jan i recieved a call that my number has been discontinued and the sim stopped working and then i broke the sim.
now when you discontinue i donot care. I just had enough i shall provide 2 days to mend your mistake on thursday 12 feb i shall make a formal complaint with consumer forum and consumer court.
