Not receiving my call by Customer Care

I am Rajesh Tamang, Research Assistant NHPC, this is to be noticed that while I am trying to put my complain through 121 and for direct contacting customer care executive when I press 9, my phone is being cut by your service. Why it is happening with my number only? To put forward my comlain I have to use my friends mobile. Am I not your customer, if I am than why it is happening.
