My number is deactivated for last two days even I made the full payment

My name is Sandeep kumar. I am using a Airtel number 9910408336.

My due date for this number is 25th of every month. Last month I was on roaming so I could not make my payment before due date and my number was

disconnected. As soon as I came to delhi I got a call from payment recovery agent for pay the bill to resume your services and I made the payment of 4000 thousand and my service was resumed

after few hours. Again after two days my number disconnected and when I call customer care to know the reason, they said that your due date was 25th feb and your billing amount is around 7000 so you have to make at lest 80 % of the full amount to resume your service, so I made the payment of 2400 (total 4000 2400 = 6400). Then I call the cust. care to resume my service and your cust care executive said that “ok I will resume your service because have made the due payment and your next due date is 25th march”. My services resume after few hours. After two days again my number was disconnected and when I asked the reason they said “Sorry sir, your services will be resume after two

Now on 11th of March on the occasion of holi again my number was disconnected early morning and I was calling airtel cust. care from a telephone booth but no body picked my call. I am staying in Delhi alone I was disconnected from my family, my

friends, my mates, My relative on this special occasion.
