My phone is dead from last one week

My land line is closed from last one week i could not get the customer care service contacted due to the mistake in my phone my airtel number is 40111810 in name of Mr. Hiren Doshi. May be there is mistake in the telephone instrument because i can start my internet. so please send your enggineer as soon as possible and replace the instrument.
