My cellular number 98607 84456, we have being having an horrible experience with Airtel services last 2 months. Airtel has deducted an amount of Rs. 30/- from my account without any clue, and most funny reason we get on SMS in return, towards subscribtion of of Hello Tunes, funniest part we have never subscribed or even dared to go near the facility offrede by Airtel. On rigorously following up with the customer service excecutives 8 in totality from Sunday evening till date we never got our problem resolved rather than listening to sorry & apologies in different voices with false assurances of amount getting credited in 1 hr, 4 hr, 24 hr etc... to our account. Over & above that on tuesday (31.03.09) Airtel has gone further deducting an additional Rs. 10/-. We are having an horrible experience & unnecessary mental trauma faced for no fault of ours, rather feeling that we did an serious mistake of subscribing to Airtel. We are being really frustrated with the service & response & under an dilema as till when we will be continue with same.
