On 26 March, I made 3 recharges in the order, Rs 40, Trans ID 143316011; Rs 31, Trans ID 78536088; and Rs 20, 143334825. At that time, I did not know that Rs 20 easy recharge does not exist. I made the Rs 40 recharge first, and I got the message of it first with the Trans ID 143316011 and last I made the Rs 20. So when nothing was happening, I called the customer care and registered my complaint. They said me that I did not do the Rs 40 recharge, when i said the ID they said, they had a mistake there and then they said that i made the Rs 20 first, so i have the Rs 20 activated on my mobile. Then they said that, when u do 2 recharges for reducing the call rates at the same time, only 1 goes through. I said to them that it was my fault and I don't want the Rs 20 and change me to the Rs 40, they said "OK" and they said its done and i was changed to the Rs 40 plan, but there there was nothing done. I thought may be they need some, then I called them the next day, it is fucking hell to get get through them, took at least 10 minutes to get to an executive. I have to tell all my complaints once again. They put me in line for almost 15 minutes. After that, I got a reply that they need 24 hours...
Today is April 4, 9 days after I registered my complaint, till now I haven't had it resolved. I called then on 4 different days. Each and every time they said, I will get it resolved in 24 hours and they are sorry. Last time, when I checked with them, I got a reply called "If u have any complaints, go to your nearest office". Then why these companies made these so called Customer Care Executives. I lost almost Rs 60 that day. Who will pay for it and who will pay for the time I lost, spending hours to get through to then
