Very Bad Service harrasing my day life

My first letter to Airtel (Nodal Offifer),

Hello Sir,

I am Sheela Lemoriya, using Airtel mobile connection no. from the last 5 years.

In the month Jan, I spoke to the customer care dept. that I will pay my bill in installment, they agreed also, one day without informing me they debarred my incoming & outgoing call.

Why this happen, please tell me, if that was not a solution they (Customer Care) could informed me that i could not pay in installment. rather then that i could pay in one time. but without informing me disconnect my no. was very upset. you can see my Bill amount. also.

I am regular.

Inspite of being long term customer I had to face your illtreat & abusing call from your agency.

One lady call Reshma working in some agency for your recovery department was abusive in hindi language, which is really not less then any harrasment call.(Try to avoid these call at least for long term Client)

after her boss Afrin call and asked sorry on her behalf. and informed me the full procedure. and said that mine Bill was 3787/- and she will give me discount of Rs. 1000/- then i need to pay only 2787/-, and after that this 1000/- will not be added in my next bill raised and my no. will get activate.

I paid this cheque on 28/02/09 and it got cleared on 02.03.09, but till date i didnot got my no activate.

I visited Airtel Gallary, one person there he told me that only Rs. 250/- is discounted. I was shocked how come this yaar. When i was promised for Rs. 1000/-. This is not good practise. He said me to give a mail then only they can proceed further.

NOw. I want my no to be activated, I request you to confirm this lady for the discount she offered me, and get me my number's service activated.

I will give you her no. 022-40884505/65/65. She called me on 26/02/09 at 11:22am and 11:32am, and said this call is a recorded call.

As per the updates received from the concern department, waiver of Rs.250 is already pass rest amount Rs.750/- will get waived off by tomorrow

and also services will get restore as soon as waiver will done.

TILL DATE NOTHING HAPPENED, After That I have to say:

I AM REALLY FED UP BY YOUR THIRD CLASS SERVICE.

Inspite of getting confirmation from your department (Nodal Officer),

Having Vicious circle of your Airtel gallery, (I visit every 3rd day to VAshi Airtel Gallery from that very day till 18/04/09). Gallery people Response: we have sent mail but confirmation, till we don’t get confirmation/call we can’t help you it is beyond our power authorization. (Really it is not less then any harassment.)

Talking and explaining the same thing to each new person who comes across from your Airtel Company. (Just because of your improper update, when you say your call is being recorded but actually it is not, as every time I have to explain)

There is no solution for activating call service on my no. from the last 2 1/2 month. Very disappointing. Your company is working worst/bad service.

Then also, I got a bill on my residential Address, which has due amount of Rs. 1454/- Which include my Previous Balance Rent for month. Ridiculous. Where I was having ZERO previous Balance and If my call service was not activated from your side, how i could pay Rental Amount etc….

If you can’t solve the case get back you’re your SIM with regret that you are capable of solving a little matter, of course you have wasted my time so you have to compensate me.

Because, when we don’t pay you, you sue us / sent legal notice torture by giving abusive call from recovery department.

If my case won't be Solve I will sue you. I have many things to do other then Making call/ visiting Airtel People.
