My ph. no. is 9967154472. A message has come from 64611020 saying that Rs. 20-00 is being deducted from my mobile talk time towards ''subscription, TextBased Service on Airtel WAP.'' . I did not use the said service at any time. Now I want to unsubscribe . i am contacted to the customer care at many times but no active response from them.
Pl. do the needful as i have prepaid connection & every week 20 rs deducted from balance even if i am not using the service.
