No disconnection after crossing credit limit and charging thereby

I am using an airtel data card, which happens to be of a credit limit 11000.

I was using the card since long and did'nt happen to check the time. The credit limit was crossed and the connection was not paused or terminated.

Now it happens that the bill generated is of 33000.

Please suggest a solution ASAP.
