I gave a request for the name transfer (company to personal) and a change of plan at the Bharti Airtel ofice on Nandidurga Bangalore on the 19th of March. All necessary documents with Passport copy were given. Ever since then Airtel and I have been exchanging e-mail to resolve this issue. I repeat myself and give all details each time and each time I get a response from a different executive with a different Service Request Number. I have been assured that there will be a resolution within 7 days each time!
