Worst mobile service

I reside in delhi but my parents are in bihar. my father's mobile number is 919931116067 which is airtel pre paid connection. for last one month whenever i am trying to call, it comes all the lies are busy. there is complete tower failure in majhowlia and surrounding area... whats the use of such connection if you cann't keep in touch with your family members... please do something to improve your service
