Non refund of advace paid rent after conversion from Postpaid to prepaid

Sir

I am customer of airtel GSM mobile No. 91-9872886168

I have got this connection under Post-Paid plan

After 1 or 2 years I had applied convert this no to Pre-Paid plan during conversion the airtel members

asked me to deposit one mont rent in advance and said that the compny will returm the balance amount after bill adjustment.

Till now I have not received any amount.

after so many reminders the said that they had send me the Chque of approx Rs. 250/-

But I have not received any such chque.
