I have not received the bill for the month of April 09 till date despite repeated follow ups.
I had initally lodged a complaint on 12th May 09.
On 20th May, I received a SMS alert confirming that the bill had been delivered to me. However the same was not received at my end.
I again lodged a complaint on 25/5 vide ref no. 21707805.
I have been informed that the bill has come back undelivered as it was refused to be accepted. I have refuted this claim and requested them to get the matter investigated. However, instead of doing the same, the bill was sent by ordinary post which is yet to reach me till date. Teh altest ref no. given to me is 920639662
On account of non reciept of this bill on time, I have not been able to avail my mobile reimbursement for the month of April 09 leading to finacial loss of entire bill amount of Rs. 759/-.
It may further be noted that the bill of May 09 which was despathced on 27th May 9 is still to reach me.
This is sheer harrasement to the customer who has to constantly follow up for the bill every now and again and loose out on financial terms. I will not be paying any further bills till the physical bills are received at my end.
