After speaking to customer support on 121 for more than 30 mins and visiting the airtel showroom, still my problem in not resolved. My problem is I didnt made any call from my mobile for 15 days in last month. so now on 15th june they barred calls from mobile saying zero usage. when I ask them they says it is for my own security. I did a big mistake taking AIRTEL POST PAID connection.
Guys you need to give a second thought if you are a person who regurlarly travel specially outside india and holding a AIRTEL connection.
