This is selva kumar from chennai working in LM wind energy pvt, ltd... we are frequently facing the issues form AIRTEL customer care.we have 12 CUG connections with airtel... Every month we are approximately paying around 10000 to 15000 rupees to airtel.
Past two weeks before we have given the change of address to airtel regarding of shifting our office to some other location... From that day they are disconnect our connections frequently without any informations... Sameway they disconnected on yesterday evening at 6.50pm... we are dealing with our customers throughout INDIA... From yesterday evening we can't able to speak with our customer... also we couldn't able to get their calls too...
TOTALLY WE ARE NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH AIRTEL FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH...
