0/50 p. & airtel to other mobile 0/60 p. per minute)
2. On receipt of message from the company, on
31-05 I recharged my mobile with Rs.36/- for STD pack valid for 100 days (i.e. STD for Re.1/- per minute)
On 31-05 in the evening I make some local mobile calls, wherein I was charged with Re.1/- per minute instead of 0/50 or 0/60 p. per minute. Thereafter, I contacted customer care about this problem. They stated that you can avail one facility at a time. Where in message from the company for Local pack/STD pack, this clause was not mentioned. I therefore request that both the facility be provided to me.
