Want to stop "airtel wap.mobifun" service

I have requested many times to the agents of Airtel to stop the service "Airtel WAP.mobifun" service. But they still charges Rs. 20 per month for that service. Please help me & Stop that Service "Airtel WAP.mobifun" service... I am in a problem
