Airtel India has the worst customer service center ever. Their Blackberry Service just Suck big time. The guys at the call center are pathetic. First of all nobody is clear who handles the blackberry services issue &- which number to call 121 or 7070? Both the helplines keep shunting you between each other. When I finally got through the customer service person, he registered my complaint (i wanted to unlock my set as I was going to travel abroad) and told me it would take 2 weeks to issue the unlock code!!! Yup thats right 2 weeks! I was told that the code would be mailed to my email ID. After waiting patiently for 15 days, i called back the call center and they tell me that they cant track my complaint number!! This just drove me nuts and i decided to junk the connction and go for vodafone.
