I had replaced an Airtel sim in early April as i had lost the previous one. From the time i bought the sim it frequently displayed "Waiting for sim update" this was a big nuisance as i had to restart the phone evertime this happened otherwise it would not work.
I called the customer care and told them several times, but every time they said the fault was in my mobile. But i checked it out and found that the problem was with the sim. So i directly went to the airtel office. There they r teling me that if replace my sim all would be fine.
I said ok.
They tell me i had to pay for it. Is'nt that mad?? Why should i pay for their fault?? I don't know wat to do but this is atrocious...
