Dear ALL,
I have serveral time call customercare to activated the GPRS service in my handset which has been changed and they have forwared my line to GPRS technical support to neccesary changes but they never pickup the phone. I keep for long 40 mins but they never pickup. Its earlier have tried for same to connect internet through this mobile. I have doubt whether there is such technical support for GPRS.
