I have an airtel broadband services for the last 5 years plus, recently they have started changing the tariff plan without any information given to me.
They changed my tariff plan & my bill shot up from Rs.700 avg. to Rs.1600/- I made a complaint to them on 26th august no. 1186290 & later another complaint 1186226.
They changed me back to the orginal plan with great difficulty however they have again changed my plan & the bill shot upto Rs.2700/- in October.
Complaints have been registered again no.2053018.
I also contacted their customer care department repeatedly & went through Rahul, Varun & Bharti however to no avail. IF you want to lodge a complaint then their system is always in updation process & they cannot take your complaint however, if you want to take another connection then their systems are working fine.
THE COMPANY IS A BIG CHEAT & A FRAUD. BEWARE OF THEM.
