Not activation of the Outgoing calls & other Services

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Airtel Postpaid service 2 days before i lost my mobile phone, so i put request to customer care for deactivativating my outgoing calls, as per Airtel it requires max 4 hours to activate & deactivate the services, but after requesting for deactivation of the services i got my SIM card back, Now immadiatly after that i have requested to activate the services, though it is not deactivated at that time, after some time my services are deactivated so again i requested to activate the services, after the maximum time of 4 hours it is not activated, i am repetadly requesting for activation of the services from 2 days but responce is that every time i have to wait for 4 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours again 4 hours, and customer service provider repetadly failing to activate my services.

F538993861 date 27.07.2009 time 01:08:46

F539006383 date 27.07.2009 time 09:31:41

apart from this requests no 2 other time i have called the customer care, but still the results are not get.

i hope Airtel will activate my services some day!!!
