Airtel Tower Problem in my Village area

I am Animesh Patra, i a'm Airtel customer. My number is 9800421210. My Complain is in this area where i leveing. The problem was not Connect any Internet plain & Not colling. And the tower signan wes broken up. In this problem is steel 30 days ageo. I contuct customer care so many time. but don't work on there. so, i hope that this problem is solved quickly.
