Dear sir/madam
I own an airtel postpaid connection on 20th March bide receipt no. is NE/45851.My mobile no. is 9612001815 and sim no. is 899116-2137566.Due to some inconvenience I could not paid the bill for three months. One thing is that the company gives the credit limit as Rs.1200.However my bill is only Rs 835.75 and I paid the outstanding due on 17th july through LANDMARK COMPUTER, Khoyathong, TIN:14810029112 CST: M - 8437, receipt by Premkanta, a airtel staff.
I pesonally met with the airtel staff and also I learnt that my SD amount Rs 500 is also not reflected to their records. Then they told me that my connection will be done quictly after taking confirmation from Shillong regarding the SD Rs 500.My question is that
&Is it possible to disconnect a sim card before its credit limit while there is no hard rule to their term and condition.
&-Why my SD Rs 500 is not reflected to their record?
