Migration from post paid to Prepaid

Dear Trai,

I want to convert Post paid plan to Prepaid plan, Regarding this I went Customer care cell of airtel in bhilwara on 25/july.

Customer care Franchisee executive " Neeraj jain " Explained me that Once the post paid bill will generate on 09/08, this conversion can be done.

.

Now as Bill generated for the last month on 24/08, I again went to Customer care Franchisee of Airtel at bhilwara but they are not ready to convert the plan.

I request you to please intervene on the issue.
